Service Designer

_

Hi, I'm Jaime Quirarte, a Service Designer with 12+ years of experience. I've helped teams at State Farm, LinkedIn, PG&E, and Google Cloud turn complex, regulated systems into journeys and workflows people can actually use.

How I work

I turn ambiguity into a shared plan everyone can build against. I map how people, systems, and teams actually move — making the invisible handoffs and constraints visible — then frame the tradeoffs that help cross-functional stakeholders make better decisions. Most recently, that meant leading service design at State Farm's innovation unit, building frameworks other teams have since made their own.

Facilitator.

Synthesizer.

Translator.

I bring teams together across functions to turn ambiguity into clarity. By facilitating workshops and framing tradeoffs early, I help stakeholders who don't naturally agree land on a shared path forward.
